I took a rapid antigen swab for COVID and I was very pleased with the punctuality, professionalism and kindness of the staff. Both at the first diagnostic swab and at the second outgoing one, I found a very knowledgeable and welcoming nurse (I think her name is Chiara) who I also thank for her good humor and for the very useful information shared.

I wanted to avoid the review, but since after 27 phone calls in one morning no one answered, I am forced to write here: Yesterday I went to the pharmacy in question to take a swab; unfortunately, I think I ran into a person who was convinced she was an Egyptian priestess, intent on extracting the brain during a mummification process... to the point that immediately after her operation, I bled, the following night I had pain and I'm still in pain today

Coming from Rome and having a great deal of experience with pharmacies and the doctors who serve you, where 65% of the latter are a bit rude, here in Friuli I feel great, the staff of this pharmacy is perfect! Kind, attentive and they give you advice if you were in particular people with a pharmacy degree listen to you and if it's a problem not so much to sell you a product But why comma I see it in their eyes, they are interested in your problem and do everything they can to solve it period Lately, pharmacies, especially this one in the countryside, are offering free sessions to check your scalp and hair! free! Of course, if you buy a product it's better but that product will certainly be effective and better than those found in supermarkets. In fact I can confirm this having purchased one of these products, a shampoo!
