My visit was at 8.40pm, and I had some difficulty getting assistance at first. I called the intercom repeatedly with no answer, until I discovered a phone number to call for night calls. Once I called the number, a kind pharmacist answered and assured me that she would be at the pharmacy within 30 minutes, as she was at her home. After just 20 minutes, the pharmacist arrived at the pharmacy and was extremely helpful in helping me and providing me with the medications I needed. The service was efficient, and I have nothing negative to criticize about this part of the experience. The only criticism I would like to express concerns the rule that gives pharmacists 30 minutes to reach the pharmacy. This looks a bit unusual and could be inconvenient in emergency situations. I am not sure if this is a specificity of this pharmacy or a broader protocol of night pharmacies, but it may be useful to review this procedure to improve the efficiency of the night service. Overall, the Forlimpopoli Municipal Pharmacy has proven to be a place where the staff is kind, helpful and prepared, with a good availability of medicines, even upon reservation. I hope that any issues related to the 30 minute rule can be addressed to make the customer experience even more efficient and satisfying.

I was a customer who used to get prescription drugs and other over-the-counter or beauty products here very often. Unfortunately, since the management changed a few months ago, I have found indisponence and a lack of ability to pay attention and listen to the needs of customers, it is not a place for recreation, if a person goes there it is out of necessity, and we should have a little more of attention, and of understanding, which souls I have not found in the several times I have gone. Even though it is close to my home, I will do my best to go elsewhere. Where I find a more courteous and competent service.

Booked a healing swab for 1pm, I arrive a few minutes early and everything is closed. I call in the afternoon and I am told that it is impossible for there to be a reservation for 1pm since the last one is at 12.30pm, given that I am sure I asked for an appointment for 1pm to be safe I checked in the app that records phone calls. Nothing serious but if you insist on the phone and want to be right it has all the costs we are not there! If they have internal organization problems and the thumb doesn't know what the index finger is doing, it's certainly not my fault.
