I go to the pharmacy for the exit swab after 10 days of quarantine, unfortunately the result is positive again and this is obviously not the pharmacy's fault. My low rating is related to the humane treatment I was given. The result comes to me first from the ESF and the operator does not come out to tell me the result but it is delivered to me by a pharmacist (who does not know the quarantine rules). Having taken two swabs at home in the previous days, both negative, I took a subsequent one with the rapid test bought in the same pharmacy and this too came back negative. I then call the pharmacy to get information from the operator who, contacted by telephone, responds angrily telling me that she is not required to give me further explanations on the result of the test (first time this has happened to me, normally in all other pharmacies the operator comes out personally to provide details). Obviously I am not discussing the outcome and protocol but I believe that it is important to have tact and humanity in managing these situations in which people are relegated to their homes for days with even significant economic damage. update 01/31/2022: I was just called by the pharmacy manager and they gave me the details I was looking for. Thank you for the phone call, the rating has changed.

Even though the lady serving us didn't know much English "in signs", we were able to communicate and buy medicines :) interestingly enough, in Italy they don't know sage and I wanted to buy it in bags for rinsing the mouth, so if something happens to you and you need it, don't look for dried one. in bags, just buy fresh ones in the store :)
