Good evening, I purchased a cream the other day, specifically Policalm, 150 ml, costing 21.90 Euros. After the first use in the evening before going to bed, I realize that the jar is practically empty (there must have been a maximum of 10 ml/150 ml, the package is almost empty). The following morning I called immediately to report the defect in the cream they sold me. They told me to go to the pharmacy in the afternoon and that, in the meantime, they would order another pack. In the late afternoon I went to the pharmacy bringing the "defective" cream, thinking that it would be replaced, but instead they didn't change it because I might have used the cream (and precisely I was told: "I don't know how many times you used it" ). A person doesn't waste time doing these things, uses the cream and then returns it saying it wasn't in the jar. Moral: when you go to buy a cream at the pharmacy you have to open it on site and check that the declared contents are there. Absurd You have lost a customer
Here is a clear example of professional and commercial incorrectness. My wife buys two FFP2 masks and he is given two made of a strange non-breathable plastic with some cracks and no marking, at a cost of €6.50 each. I show up the next day to return them and ask for a refund but the pharmacist turns a deaf ear by showing me a certificate that would guarantee their authenticity, I reply that the certificate guarantees nothing, given that neither the mask nor the packaging contains the initials of conformity, but she doesn't listen to reason. At this point I just have to take the two "pseudo FFP2" masks home since I wasn't even offered a refund of the sum with the excuse that one had been opened or an exchange for other products. Furthermore, the packaging (see photo) says "disposable surgical mask" and the model is not indicated next to the CE mark. In my opinion, the dissatisfied customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase if he is not convinced of the quality of the product, and the serious and honest merchant should return the money, or at least offer other products in exchange, but evidently for these gentlemen fairness is an optional. I would like to point out that I had also bought other products for a total of over 50 Euros. One thing is certain: they will never see me again, bye bye Barbui!
Nice and polite when they are open, they don't respect when it's on duty at the pharmacy, today 3rd February 3rd 2023, I arrived at 2am, it was on duty at the pharmacy, no one answered, I had to go to Trescore, I think the pharmacy is someone has to answer otherwise don't put the stuffed and on duty, just do it for a short time.
Pharmacy recently moved to its current address, well organized and welcoming.
Excellent!
