Courteous. Wide availability of products. It gives the possibility of getting vaccines directly at the pharmacy by booking via the Lombardy region portal.

Unfortunately I don't usually report negative experiences as they can be very subjective based on personal experience and the context in which they occur... however, my experience could also become negative for other customers... With prescriptions in hand, I went to purchase 6 different drugs, of which (fortunately) I only found 2 available. The pharmacist, despite being kind and helpful, sold me both drugs that did not correspond to the prescription: neither in dosage nor in quantity of the prescribed box... both higher! I don't care much about the quantity because at most I have leftovers... (even if it cost 3 euros more than the prescribed amount...) But selling a dosage of 300 mg instead of 100 of which I have to administer 2 capsules / 3 times a day every day, at a body weight of 15kg... I find this very serious!!! I continued following the dosage of the recipe for almost a week until in the last few days I saw some strange symptoms appear that the little creature had never had... This morning I go to compare the recipe with the box, I read the information leaflet and I find the scary "surprise"! The dosage is 3 times higher than prescribed and I even had to give him 2 at a time!! The pharmacist could have avoided all this if, instead of manually inserting the drugs for sale, they had been "beaten" by the barcode of the prescription... for goodness sake, making mistakes is human but in this case it seems a bit like wanting to sell to everyone the costs and pretend nothing happened! You can't joke with your health, gentlemen, I expect a mistake like this from a young apprentice, not from a professional with years of experience!

I purchased a Prenax brand pregnancy test (2 tests) expiring in July 2020. I tried both with no results 😔 I called the pharmacy to report what happened to me, the doctor replied that it was very strange and that he would have called the manufacturing company, to which I thank and he would have let me know. a few minutes later he called me back saying that he would have given me another box of tests unfortunately the result was the same i.e. null 😥. Money wasted, the availability and kindness of the doctor didn't help much if I then had to go to another pharmacy to spend more money 💰.

Well-stocked pharmacy and friendly, attentive staff. I will definitely come back 👍🏼
