Too bad they don't do swabs on Saturdays but very stocked with everything you need

Sunday 11.30am. a person in front of me, already inside when I arrived, with a "problematic" prescription. There are two of them. After 10min I ask "can I just ask for a urine container?" and the pharmacist who was STILL serving the customer replies "...ehh ma'am you have to wait your turn". True if it weren't for the fact that the pharmacist in question was waiting for the customer to call home to find out if a generic was suitable and he was there looking at it. The other pharmacist boy, who served me after my request, was tidying up the shelves. 1 rudeness 2 lack of professionalism. They don't see me anymore!!! and the doubt arises: has the management changed?

Qualified staff, the true sense of being a doctor both by profession and in soul, both Diego and Mrs Samantha who I met are fantastic people and always available to the extent possible. Thank you for your work. Happy New Year

Zero professionalism.......I had an appointment for a swab test on 12/30, they told me that they had canceled everything due to staff problems....telling me that they had moved my appointment to Seveso, I went to Seveso and there was no appointment and then I discover (from a friend of mine) that on the evening of the 30th they did 2/3 swabs.......absurd

They were kind and kept my insulin aside because it wasn't available at the Fenegro pharmacy
