Farmacia Comunale Empoli N. 2

I have booked several visits to this pharmacy, but this was the first time I have received such disappointing service. Initially, when I asked for assistance, the staff showed obvious impatience and attempted to avoid taking responsibility. During the whole process, the attitude of the staff was extremely indifferent, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I believe a pharmacy should offer professional and friendly service, especially when customers need help. I hope the store management takes this feedback seriously, improving staff attitudes and making sure such situations don't happen again.

Despite a gross oversight by the hospital on a doctor's prescription for a vitally life-saving drug, for my father-in-law after discharge from the hospital. In this pharmacy we found salvation thanks to Doctor Valentina who was able to solve the problem by trying to find a solution with patience, professionalism and lots and lots of sensitivity and attention for others. Thank you

I have used it other times and I would say I had never had any complaints in general, until a few days ago, when I found myself faced with a sawyer with glasses who gave me the wrong medicine, with half the dosage and which was of little use and in fact it was of little use to me, even though I had told him twice, because he hadn't understood what I needed. Congratulations for your indisponence and incompetence, dear jerk, even if I think that, in this case, it's more ignorance what else. Among other things, he was also with his mask lowered, it's okay that there is a plexiglass wall in the middle, but thank goodness that, in theory, they would be doctors. I'm sorry to give a negative review, but some people it shouldn't be in the public eye, especially in certain environments. Update: I must say that the rudeness in this pharmacy is widespread, you get one rather than another, they serve you almost by force and as soon as you go out you hear them talking bad in the back. If you really have to (and you should be ashamed but I know it's asking too much) at least wait until the person has left, right? I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at those who 1st gave you your degree, 2nd those who allow you to dishonor them. Shame.
