A terrible place that should be avoided. On April 9, there was a man behind the counters, firstly, when he gave me the goods that I had already paid for, with a quick movement of his hand under the counters, he replaced the biponten spray I had bought with an expired one, which had expired 4 months ago. When I pointed this out to him, he got scared and returned the money for the product; when asked to replace this expired cylinder with a good one, he said that there were no others. And I am very sorry that I am not local and was forced to move on, although I would really like to draw the attention of the police to this pharmacist.

I had been on Tuesday 28 December to take a swab for the first time... Once I had taken the swab I went out, and when I was about to get home, they called me... Something had gone wrong, and I had to go back and do it again... Also because I needed it for work... The doctor apologized 1000 times, I obviously understood that working happens... I'm returning on the evening of December 30th, I wasn't supposed to work tomorrow, but due to urgency, they asked me for availability... I've been trying to call them by phone since yesterday (and all today) to be able to book the swab... Nothing, never an answer to about 36 calls... ABSURD... I arrive there, I ask to be able to take the swab, for work reasons, I explain that I wasn't able to book because no one ever answers the phone... I'll start by saying that there was no queue outside or inside... basically me, a another lady and the 3 pharmacists (two women and a man) nothing, they categorically refused to take a swab, due to urgency, which physically takes 3 minutes on the clock... It was 6.26pm, so not even late or after closing ... I emphasize, the air of condescension and complete indifference in front of a customer in difficulty... Shameful.... Of course, municipal employees, and I have said everything.... I will report it to Massimo (Seri) An acquaintance even told me that he had to collect a swab kit to do at home, he had called, they gave him confirmation of availability, they made him travel 80 km round trip, and the kit wasn't there... I think we should protest to the mayor... Someone would do better to go and sell perecotte at the market, instead of working in there... Never again. Luckily, at 6.56pm I called the pharmacy in Cuccurano, explained the inconvenience, the doctor invited me to go to them, WITHOUT A RESERVATION... When I got there, I had 5 people in front of me, the doctor stayed until after closing time, also giving me the possibility, after having performed the swab, to spend another 5 minutes to have me book further swabs for other dates.. Gold medal service and availability... Go to Cuccurano, it's a few km away, convenient parking and truly professional service..

I called for a whole day and I didn't get an answer. They may be very busy but it doesn't take much time to answer so for me the people who work there are rude to the nth degree
