Small warning: on Saturdays the pharmacy does not open at 8:00, I checked in person on Saturday 3/06/2023 and at 8:12 the pharmacy was still closed. Over the years I have had unfortunately poor experiences. The staff, or rather let's say things as they are, the quite elderly ladies by now, are particularly listless and irritating. The younger girls on the other hand are always quite available. At peak times, just before lunch and from 5pm to more or less 6pm, very long queues often form. Since there are only two checkouts, and often there is only one operator, waiting times can be really long, depending on what the customers who enter before you ask for. In terms of supply, I have not encountered any particular problems, although most of the time, being a very small pharmacy, the more niche drugs have to be ordered. In terms of discounts, there is no loyalty card, the discounts are only given on skin care or hygiene products, mainly aimed at a female target, so I cannot express an opinion. A permanent presence in the neighborhood over the years. I understand that dealing with so many customers can be difficult, but often those who go to the pharmacy have special needs, they should be treated kindly and helped if they have problems, not looked down upon with contempt like the aforementioned elderly ladies do.
