municipal pharmacy equipped with many medicines but with lazy, rude and above all slow staff!! I had to wait 30 minutes in line with 3 people in front. I continue to go there for the convenience of the quick swabs but now I only go for that Anyway, here are some photos of the pharmacy:

On Wednesday 31 January 2024 I went to this pharmacy to buy some water-repellent plasters. The Doctor suggested that I also buy the other plasters.....today I returned with the receipt politely asking to be able to exchange the pack of normal (unopened) plasters for a water-repellent one, I would have given the difference. I was told that it can't be done. Mha....it seems so absurd to me, with the receipt and packaging intact, this is pure evil. I won't set foot there again.

I wonder if these "gentlemen" realize that they sell medicines and not sweets... today at 1pm, as recommended, I downloaded the app and registered. At 2pm I sent the request which is still being processed and at 6.45pm I called to ask for explanations. I was told that my appointment had been scheduled for the 23rd at 6.45pm even though the app didn't allow me to schedule one! For this reason not only did I have to turn to another facility but I won't be able to get the medicines before tomorrow. Simply SCANDALOUS!

Unheard of rudeness. I just left the pharmacy and a blonde doctor, whose name I don't know, present on July 21, 2023 at 11:45 am, used really harsh tones regarding my education. Only for a prescription, which due to the doctor forgetting, had not included the tax code. While I told him this, he pretended not to understand me, making me repeat the same letters several times. Unfortunately there was a speck of cream on the recipe which unfortunately remained in my backpack for 2 days, which HOWEVER did not compromise the readability of what was written on it. Telling myself 'Next time don't eat on it', I told her that if it bothered her, given the vexatious controversy, she could not deal with it and I would choose another pharmacy. She continues to hold it, looking at me from head to toe, as if I were angry. He keeps snorting and eventually I get the prescription back and I leave. Truly gratuitous rudeness, truly compliments for humanity, education and above all for professionalism. It's a terrible example of that. I hope others never have the same experience.
