UNPATIENT staff, often poorly supplied. I needed a toothbrush and there was an amount on the box, namely 2.69 euros. I go to the checkout and the doctor tells me: 4.99 Inside I think... well maybe I read it wrong and I'll pay. Before I leave I go to double check and I was actually right. At that point I say.. "sorry, but the price is lower." The doctor, in a very grumpy manner, begins by telling me "oh well, so you want it or you don't want it". But what ways are they? In addition to the fact that the prices reported are wrong. NOT ADVISED.
I am a regular customer of this pharmacy and I must praise the entire staff for their professionalism, competence and availability in supporting customers. Both me and other customers in case of uncertainty about what to take when they find the doctor know what you recommend. A special praise goes to Francesca.
Well-stocked pharmacy and above all the friendliness and helpfulness of those who work there can be felt with their heart. By their mistake, I was contacted to pay the difference on the purchase of a drug. Even though it caused me inconvenience, I went to the pharmacy the next day and gave them the difference, but without receiving a regular receipt despite precarious explanations and many apologies. I would like to remind the manager that every euro that enters the cash register must be regularly traced!
