They refused to give me a medicine that was necessary for me due to an unnecessary missing stamp, with great arrogance they thought they were right when in other pharmacies they have been giving it to me for 15 years without any problem because I have the prescription signed by the doctor and no prescription is required stamp. A rude and extremely rude pharmacist allowed herself to insult me ​​and say bad words to me, sending me to hell just because I didn't keep quiet about an injustice and a wrong thing on their part. Shameful and of very low level! Ps. I respond to these people who have nothing human about them. I'm a LADY, not a young lady, vulgar beings who are nothing else, rude and uncouth to tell sick customers to "fuck off", but don't you make yourselves disgusted?. Oh and what's more, I was treated very well by other pharmacies in the area and they sold the drug to me without any problems!! Closing and opening a greengrocer maybe you're better at it because you just don't know the laws. I hope that people go and give their money to appropriate and polite pharmacies. Never again 👋🏻 Unfortunately I can only edit the message to respond to your continuous senseless accusations since you have been incredibly vulgar and you should just be ashamed. From the only pharmacy that wanted to be right on the issue last month I was contacted on my personal mobile phone and I was APOLOGED because they went to inform themselves better on the issue and the stamp on my medicine was not mandatory, as I have already explained to you person in the pharmacy but in response I received insults about my person and a nice "fuck you"! But what more do we want to talk about? I'll end it here. Learn to treat people better who are shameful and without humanity. I will tell family and friends to stay away from you, people without a shred of empathy and education, you want to be right, keep it. I won't add anything else to the matter, I have wasted too much of my precious time with rude people like you.

I pay with a 50 euro banknote and the owner, in the confusion, only gives me 3 euros in change claiming to have already given me the 20, which was absolutely not true. A truly ridiculous, not very honest and absurd attitude. I will never set foot in this pharmacy again, where, moreover, the rudeness of the staff, except the doctor, reigns supreme.
