It doesn't even deserve a star! Met a super rude and unsympathetic pharmacist, who even snorts when spoken to! Shocking!!! People like this shouldn't work where people need help... the way we were treated for requesting a medicine indicated by the pediatrician is truly embarrassing... I will never return to this pharmacy again!!! Luckily I solved the problem immediately by going to the pharmacy next door!

Terrible service, I was entitled to free drugs if he had given me generic ones instead I had to pay because he gave me the "brand" ones. I couldn't change them because he had already removed the medical prescription sticker. The pharmacist was naturally aware of everything and thought it best not to notify me in time. I made my complaints but she didn't even bother to apologise. What can I say except that I won't go there again.

I ended up in the area by chance, but was positively surprised by the kindness and patience of Dr. Ylenia who was able to advise me on various products, both drugs and supplements!
