Perfect personal
Competent and courteous staff. Wide assortment of gift items and cosmetics. The presence of drugs is above average with very few missing.
Professionalism, competence and courtesy make this pharmacy a Pharmacy with a capital F. A place where the "customer" comes before profit. Where all the Doctors are always ready to recommend the right choice or propose the best alternative. A place where a smile can be stronger than a hug and where kindness and patience make the difference.
The other evening I heard the pharmacist reply piquedly to an elderly lady, who had rightly reminded her to enforce the order of the queue. The waiting time for those who are already of a certain age is more precious than ours. There was a lack of education and respect.
