I went on Saturday 6th January (therefore a public holiday), I wasn't in my city and I had forgotten some anxiolytics to lower my heart rate due to the dosage of the thyroid hormone taken. I explained everything to the pharmacist, I showed that I had some beta blockers but that the doctors' opinions are conflicting and I asked if I just I could give 1 pill and I would have paid for the whole thing Box. He told me to go to the Emergency Room (when they always say not to crowd them if there are serious problems). I will definitely try to do it Report to the pharmacists' association. On the other hand, they have a specific degree and could take on the responsibility of giving a medicine that the person needs Patient! I am disappointed and embittered by this very rigid behavior with a person who certainly doesn't look like a Toxic!

I see that this pharmacy was on duty, I ring to get some fluimucil, the pharmacist replies that it was out of stock, but she could give me an alternative. While she goes to pick it up, I read the night surcharge sign (mea culpa, I didn't know that the pharmacies on duty had this surcharge of 7.50 euros) from the moment she brings me the medicine I tell her that I wouldn't have taken it seeing the amount I was going to spend. The pharmacist replies that next time I shouldn't have rang because I disrespected her! I was really disappointed since I didn't do it intentionally, plus I don't think it was there for free. I don't think I will go back again and I apologize again to the Lady.

Their kindness and competence is a prerogative.

I had a good time and the service is excellent and the pharmacists are kind and available for any problem
