The pharmacy staff have rude manners and relate to customers with arrogance. Not available to satisfy and help the customer with his requests. This way of acting by some of the staff certainly leads to a terrible service provided to the customer. However, the service for booking swabs is very efficient, with timely responses and above all a lot of competence and availability on the part of the doctor who takes care of carrying out the swabs.
The inconvenience of the mandatory swab becomes unmanageable if the sampling officials show up 10 minutes late compared to the opening time... There are people who line up an hour early just to hear a call back. to order from latecomers!
35 euros for the swab for a 15 year old boy. Shocking cost!!! I understand that not all pharmacies join the ministerial initiative of controlled costs, but I find such a high cost for a municipal pharmacy shameful. Never again!
