I don't usually pass judgment, but in this case I'm writing this review because I expected a different understanding based on what I had explained to him. I buy a perfume at this pharmacy, very happy with the purchase because having tried it there it seemed very good. But after a few days, when I tried it at home, it didn't leave the same trail of persistent odor that I had found when I tried it at the pharmacy, so I called explaining the situation and in the end I was told that they would replace me with an intact tester. since when I tried it in the pharmacy I liked the smell of the tester. I felt clearly mocked because I think that none of them who work there would trade for a product that was created as a tester, even if they told me that it had never been used. Furthermore, I also went to the pharmacy to have them smell the perfume purchased and everyone told me how it smelled (of course what they had to tell me) and in the end they told me again about the exchange with the tester and what's more the approach of a pharmacist or not I know who he was since he wasn't wearing a uniform it seemed a bit edgy to me. In my opinion, you should be a little more responsive to customers, especially when a problem with something is exposed to you (not so much for the money, but putting on a perfume that you can't even smell is not the best I think).

Today, by pure chance, while passing through, I entered this pharmacy as it was open on duty. I was served by a clean-shaven pharmacist wearing glasses who was very courteous and helpful. Too bad it's too far from where I live, otherwise he would have been my trusted pharmacist as he is very professional.

Competent, kind, helpful staff, absolutely the best pharmacy in all of Cantù.
