I go for a foot problem, after a day of walking at the fair, I show the photo to the person at the counter and am told that he doesn't know what it could be and to go to the doctor or hospital, because the lady at the counter doesn't she knew what it could be, I tell her to help me that I have to work, and there the odyssey begins, she begins to speak loudly, ridiculing me with the customers in the queue that we Italians are an ignorant people, we think about work and not about health, that you have to support two children, to which I reply that you will lose your job and the bank isn't interested in your health because it wants the mortgage money at the end of the month, for a possible ointment or something else, I was ridiculed, I am even told "you are no longer very young" and that you are not a doctor and do not know what my problem could be. If I wanted a cashier I went to the supermarket, even in the pharmacies in the shopping centers they know much more. I've always had a good time. There were two doctors, but that's enough from tonight. He always tells me out loud that health is important and that we are goats, and we think about work with the fear of being fired. First time something like this has happened to me. Personal problems should not be brought to work. I'll stop because I have something to tell. Bad experience, putting a supposed doctor on the counter, who doesn't know how to help you, but throwing her problems at you and telling you to go to the emergency room in the end. I better stop, terrible experience

A well-stocked pharmacy with very kind and professional staff. Only Sunday on duty in the area and very very busy! The two overworked pharmacists, congratulations.

If I could give zero I would. Such rudeness, dislike, rudeness and incompetence are rarely found all together, but if you really want to experience this explosive mix first-hand, go to this "pharmacy". Fireworks guaranteed

If it hadn't been for an elderly doctor with no desire to work, perhaps the evaluation could have been different. Elderly mother with a cut on her hand, blood that doesn't stop, to stop the bleeding, we ask for a hemostatic and some hemostatic patches which she refuses to give us and instead gives us normal plasters and a useless antibiotic cream if the blood doesn't stop, almost 30 euros unnecessary expenditure. Luckily, in another pharmacy in Caronno Pertusella they gave me what I was looking for and what I needed, with courtesy and availability.
