In my opinion, they are both very competent, kind, patient and helpful, cheerful and sociable, which is a good thing! The convenience of the reserved parking should not be underestimated and above all the great idea of the continuous opening hours from Monday to Friday and the possibility of using WhatsApp to send demanding SSN and non-SSN or region codes for drugs prescribed by GPs during the Covid19 period. Well done.
I think it's a good pharmacy. Pharmacists have always been committed to always being there, even in the most disparate conditions, during health and non-health emergencies, always trying to reassure, give information, be helpful, even putting up with rudeness from customers. I find it unfair to give a negative review just because you wait two minutes longer in line and the pharmacist at the counter is chatting with the customer for a second before perhaps even giving information.
Twice while I was waiting in line the younger pharmacist was there chatting with the customer before me. The older pharmacist, turning to a friend of mine, while trying to sell her some creams, told her that she needed them because her wrinkles were visible. Really little professionalism.
Classic pharmacy, the pharmacists are friendly and available to give any type of information and medical opinion, I pleasantly talk to both of them for any questions and secure professional answers.
Excellent pharmacy, friendly, helpful and competent staff.
