First and last time: I order a veterinary drug, it was supposed to arrive the next morning by 9.30 am. in the morning around 12 we showed up at the pharmacy and had sent the order to another pharmacy (in Canegrate), then canceled the order on their initiative saying they had contacted me (no one called me); the fact is that I'm going to collect it and they say they would send it to another pharmacy at 6pm. At 6pm they call saying that the medicine isn't there. Therapy postponed for at least three days, being Saturday, the cat thanks you. What a shame!
I went this morning to request a change of doctor, very kind and helpful... Also because sometimes it doesn't even feel healthy. I saw a strong predisposition towards customers... Congratulations!
Great availability and courtesy even during night shifts and holidays.
Very bad experience. I stopped by there as soon as I was discharged from the hospital after the caesarean section to buy post-operation plasters and antibacterial intimate soap. Not only did he respond badly to my request for a long plaster: "after the caesarean section the scar isn't long" (nice treatment of clients who can barely stand), but once I got home I discovered that the plasters I had gave are 10 cm shorter (15 instead of 25) and the soap was for menopausal women and not antibacterial. Wasted money. Never again in this pharmacy
I have been going there since birth, living opposite, never had any problems, always available and courteous, both those who were there years ago and those who are there today
