Overpriced, everything so expensive
I go on Saturday with a prescription to take drugs, one is missing and they order it. One of my two recipes was invalid, so we decide that when I come to collect the order I will also bring the correct recipe. In the meantime, I have the other medicine and have it put aside together with the prescription. I return a few days later to collect both the order and the medicine set aside, but they tell me that they don't have it and cannot give me the medicine set aside. Better to buy online
Often rude staff who serve with disdain or poorly concealed arrogance. Day and night. It happened to me more than once that they didn't even give me time to finish 1 sentence, much less ask for advice! Even shooting me the amount without even having me present the Health Card, for tax deduction purposes. I avoid it whenever possible.
Terrible. They assured me that they installed 12-lead Holter ECG (all specified in my call) and on the morning of the appointment, for which I had also taken time off at work, once I showed up at the pharmacy they told me that they got confused and didn't do the one at 12 leads. Waste of time and unskillable staff
Trained, helpful and kind staff. Really well stocked pharmacy. Recommended.
