Overly expensive
Multiple negative experiences: 1. I ask for a test tube for urine samples and they give me a laboratory one: I go to the ASL for tests and they tell me they are not good. Obviously the pharmacist has never handled requests from people who need to do urinalysis. 2. I ask for a pack of reactine for pollen allergies and without showing me the pack he takes one of 6 tablets for €11 instead of the one of 14 tablets for €15. The approximation with which they work is embarrassing. In this pharmacy it is necessary to micromanage even the pharmacists, crazy stuff.
