Small pharmacy, but always well stocked. If something is missing, it arrives promptly the next day. Courteous and very knowledgeable staff. The director herself took care of solving a particular need of mine by correctly directing me on what to do.
If it were for Dr. Benedetta Di Vaira I would give 5 stars the new director who recently arrived is extremely rude to customers and the whole town is complaining please take her away!!! You don't know what it means to run a pharmacy with many elderly people and what used to be a family environment has now reached the point of asking who's on duty? If there is a new director, people leave!! A thousand thanks.
We haven't used this pharmacy for months now. Thanks to your arrogant new staff. It is obvious from the ownership's reaction to other complaints that it is more important for them to be "right" than to listen to customers. Good luck !!!
