I have been going to this pharmacy for many years and I really like it. Competent and friendly staff available to give you advice and useful information.

Indecent. We went to vaccinate the child at the ASL opposite and were advised to buy an arnica ointment. We then went to the nearest pharmacy (Rossini) where they gave us (without warning) a homeopathic non-medicinal product with a misleading name, composed essentially of water and alcohol and devoid of any active ingredient (except in negligible traces). It's a shame that we opened it in a hurry, seeing as the baby was crying, otherwise I would have returned it immediately, I wouldn't have had to waste 10 euros and give a negative review. Disclaimer: Don't be attacked by the defenders of homeopathy. The main problem here is that a homeopathic product was offered to us (not offered), without warning or consulting us. We simply weren't sold what we asked for.

Very unfriendly and not efficient + She could have kindly explained the rules to me, but she didn't. There weren't many people when I visited and every time I go to this pharmacy She is always rude.
