Really rude staff, especially the younger pharmacist. Drugs for which you don't need to have the prescription passed off as such just for the sake of making you feel inferior when you communicate that you don't have the prescription. As noted by the other reviews, this has already been reported several times but they have been working on it for years in this way. I won't go back again, it's a shame because it's convenient to have a pharmacy right behind the house.

I have also been to this pharmacy twice, the first time I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt on the behavior of the staff but the second time I had confirmation that the courtesy, friendliness, kindness, efficiency and education are not it's really part of both. I will never set foot in a place where they barely listen to you and look at you with an air of disdain.

Thanks to the pharmacist (Emma) who, even though she was away, remained faithful to her profession and thanks to her sun cream she saved me from a sunburn! 😀

My trusted pharmacy where I am always assisted with professionalism, especially Dr. Stefania, with her advice, always manages to solve my problems, even the aesthetic ones for the facial skin which has improved with the use of targeted products that I had never used it before. All the doctors are good and kind.
