From Lloyd to Lloyd I notice differences, it depends on the shifts of the staff, who is more helpful and kind, who is less so, as happens in any situation....

Rude staff, unwilling to work, long queues are created because they take time to find the drugs. They make useless fuss, even a genius stamped my dentist's prescription for a mouthwash. Prefer private pharmacies, which also spend less on parapharmaceuticals or over-the-counter medicines.

I go to this pharmacy with the electronic prescription, being from the area and having gone other times without any kind of problem... This afternoon pure madness... I go in... No one at the counter but I hear movements on the PC behind... I wait a few minutes but nothing, I start walking around the pharmacy to make myself heard but no one welcomes me... After 5 minutes I say "good evening" and no one comes near.. I wait another minute and, raising my voice, I say "good evening"... At that moment a pharmacist gentleman approaches the counter and greets me... I show him the electronic prescription and after typing it in he exclaims "we have to wait a minute". partly because today the internet connection isn't working"... After this sentence he turns his back and goes back to his PC... I wait another 5 minutes but no news and no reassurance from anyone... At that point a another customer but he too feels disoriented as he is not welcomed... After a few minutes the new customer was still there waiting and I decide to leave, nervous about this type of poor service... I also work in public and sales for almost 50 hours a week but I would never allow myself to behave like this... If I had the chance I would give 0 stars... FOLLY!!!

They are really bad! Ever seen such rude people, yelling at customers? In an arrogant tone? No, we're not there. There are dozens of other pharmacies in Prato, avoid going to this one.

Terrible service. I waited a quarter of an hour with the pharmacists who, instead of serving customers, were doing their own thing in the warehouse. I was the first to leave and go somewhere else.
