They don't do swabs during lunch break 🤷🏻♀️
This morning at 11am I went to take a swab they told me to stay I had 6 people before me, at 11.50am my turn to take the swab was over the doctor came out saying that at noon the pharmacy closed and wasn't available time, and I wasn't able to take the swab and what's more there were 4 other people behind me However, to all this rudeness, zero organizational availability. I went to the municipal pharmacy in via Garofani even though I arrived at 12.20 and there were already people waiting. The pharmacist told me to wait until he would give me the swab anyway even if they closed at 12.30, it wasn't a problem, polite, kind, helpful, very polite people, very serious people, congratulations and thanks to the municipal pharmacy in via Garofani 👍👍
Be careful, in addition to the cost of the drug you pay an additional amount for the on-call service which is not insignificant. In my case I had to pay more than 7 euros in addition to the prescription ticket and that's not a little!
Compliments to the very human staff They helped my son with the greepass bureaucracy. He didn't have documents and needed to go to the post office. Congratulations again 😘
