Well-stocked pharmacy with staff who help you like a doctor (in fact they are) and kind. Good choice to work all day long. Large car park at nearby Carrefour.

Lack of seriousness in prices, more than a drug displayed with a price displayed arrives at the checkout the price increases significantly the embarrassed pharmacist didn't know what to say

Saturday 6.20pm. I went here to take a swab, the lady at the counter had a predisposition to smile... zero 🥲. Too bad a customer would appreciate a "good evening" with a smile, just tell me... too bad!!

A survey carried out by Doxa for Dompè revealed that six out of ten Italians enter the pharmacy at least once a month and on this statistic the Nuova Rozzano pharmacy has worked to outline itself as an innovative model by offering monthly "Events". So far everything perfect! About two weeks ago, while I was buying a drug, the pharmacist informed me that this month the "event" consists of a meeting with a nutritionist for a check up. This interests me and I make the appointment. Two days before the "event" I am given a reminder to remind me of the appointment (wow, what a service!). Today, the fateful day, I feel unwell and I have forgotten "the event". The diligent pharmacist calls me (wow! How kind!) Out of breath despite the excruciating pain in my piriformis, I rush to the pharmacy. I am received by a strutting young doctor sitting at a completely empty desk, except for a blue diary, no notepads or patient cards. I apologize for the delay and thank you gratefully for having received me anyway. The stern doctor flatters me with appropriate jokes and then underlines that "Today's check up is purely cognitive, if you agree then we'll make an appointment for a first visit in January". He continues declaiming how important it is to have a correct diet and how instead of a diet, food education and other blabla from glossy magazines should be given priority. No personal questions or requests for information. The short chat ends with the request for name, surname and telephone number for that first appointment. Once this is done, the Doctor holds out her hand to say goodbye. “but this is not a check up!” I exclaim as I get up a little embarrassed. The stern doctor emphasizes to me that she will certainly not put me on a scale today to calculate my weight, fat mass, etc. if I am not willing to become her patient and reiterates: This is a cognitive check up "(cognitive of what? Name, surname and telephone number?) Well whatever Luisa you want to start getting followed come on! Appointment set for 80 euros for the first visit and 40 for subsequent ones. “Ok thanks, see you soon!”. He writes me on a postik on the day of the appointment and passes it to the pharmacist and leaves. After two pleasant jokes I'm about to leave and the diligent pharmacist tells me "10 euros!".... "You're welcome?" I ask. “The check up costs 10 euros” he replies. “But sorry, wasn't it an “event”? “Yes, but it costs ten euros, but if he insists I won't make him pay! I leave 10 euros on the table, without any receipt, I cancel the appointment and leave.
