A pharmacy in a very populous hamlet becomes a bit like a lifesaver for those who feel alone and the manager Dr. Francesca is always very kind, helpful and in a good mood, prepared and truly a special person. In a short time it was able to integrate into the social fabric of the place, becoming a point of reference... Great!!!

Because when you need a medicine because you have terrible back pain, you go to the emergency medical service in Passirana (kind and knowledgeable doctor) then unfortunately you end up at the pharmacy on duty in Passirana which before contesting the medical report (because in Rho they write it in another way by putting the doctor's name below and not above) and they make a lot of useless and unjustified fuss because they don't want to give you the medicine (and you have to call the medical guard before him who, moreover, has more important things to do than stay with you on the phone) and then they also make you come back because they make a mistake in giving you the drug! Why?!,!!,

It's no longer the same pharmacy it used to be! Unavoidable queue at any time with only one person to serve is unavoidable. On the other hand, little waste of time looking at promotions that no longer exist! What was once a point of reference even for small Christmas thoughts has now foundered!

Pharmacy closed for the umpteenth time! yet it is indicated that it is open until 12.30! It's not the first time I've been in difficulty and have been forced to look for another pharmacy. All in all I can move around easily, but I wonder if a person with walking difficulties reads it open and then finds the shutter closed... I'm also attaching the photo from Google. Let me start by saying that I came by at 10:50 am today 4/10/20 and found the shutter closed. I also tried calling the listed phone and after 20 MINUTES of hearing "you are waiting to be connected to the desired extension" I hung up.. and will go to another pharmacy. I assume they'll say it's Google's mistake, but check every now and then?

The manager Francesca, as well as being very knowledgeable and competent, is very helpful and explains and clarifies doubts about medicines or anything else. A real leap in quality from the previous management.
