The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. The pharmacy is super stocked. In particular, the doctor is thoughtful and attentive to every little detail. I am amazed at the professionalism that is perceived in this pharmacy and that I have never encountered anywhere else. The other side of the coin is that, being so good, they are a point of reference for the community and therefore you have to have a lot of patience because the pharmacy is often very crowded. Let's say that if you are in a hurry there are alternatives which however may leave disappointed those who are used to such a high level. For me it is a point of reference and I have no doubts. Unfortunately you have to have a lot of time. Even in this sense, however, they work hard and often there are 5 of them trying to make the wait as short as possible

Especially the Doctor's two sons are very professional and polite, the girls are all good and willing to try to solve the patients' problems without being intrusive.

Unpleasant staff. I was exposed to a stinging spray on the subway in Milan. I therefore asked my partner to go to the pharmacy to purchase the medicine prescribed by the emergency room doctor. The pharmacists, three women, in front of other customers, looked at him with an incredulous and judgmental look, asking him to explain twice what had happened and treating him as if he had been the one armed with pepper spray. He, feeling embarrassed, also offered to call me and put the pharmacists on the phone to hear directly from my voice what had happened, but, with disdain, they refused and said goodbye to him. Shameful.

Very kind and competent, I love them all

Excellent experience. Oriana should be taken as an example for her ability to manage service and customers. Kindness, friendliness and efficiency are rarely found in one person. Given the atmosphere in the shop, I wouldn't be surprised that the colleagues are also so good. I'll be back.
