Terrible service, poor collaboration and attention to the customer! After having agreed by telephone to replace a product purchased the day before, I go to the pharmacy from another city and am informed that the replacement can no longer be carried out.
They are very nice and helpful, even with foreigners. Thank you very much for your help. I strongly recommend them!
I give one star because it is not possible to give zero. Rude pharmacists. Terrible service. I've been calling for 3 days and the phone rings free but no one answers. So I show up on Sunday to take the swab. I am in isolation due to being positive for covid and I have the control swab on Sunday. Only pharmacy on duty in the city of Jesi. I insist on calling even on Sunday mornings to make sure I can get the swab done. Nobody ever answers. So I show up without an appointment to do the swab to discover that they don't do it without an appointment. 4 people outside waiting: 2 for medicines and 2 (including me), both without appointments, to take the swab. I queue to be told that they don't do swabs without an appointment. I explain that I am the only pharmacy on duty in the city and that anyone who needs to take a swab on Sunday 27th in Jesi cannot do otherwise. Let's think about those like me who have to go back to work, about the students who have to go back to school. They insist that an appointment must be made. I insist that I have been calling for 3 days to book and no one answers. And while we actually talk their phone keeps ringing but neither of them answers even though one was talking to me and the other was serving at the counter. I then ask you to book the swab. They say they are fully booked and can't give me an appointment. I look around. Zero queue outside. We argued for 10 minutes. They could have easily swabbed me and given me the result in those 10 minutes. And spend another 10 to also swab the girl in line after me, always for the swab and always without an appointment. But nothing. They sent us packing. Truly unheard of behavior. Last Sunday, even at municipal 1 where I took a swab and discovered I was positive, they made a fuss. I never go to municipal pharmacies because those in Jesi are famous for having very unsympathetic, uncooperative and very rude pharmacists. In the private pharmacies where I usually go (Fausto Coppi, Grammercato, Calcatelli) I have never had any problems, never had a pharmacist who was rude and grumpy towards a customer. Maybe it's time to get involved in municipal pharmacies and provide a service to the community. I will also report the matter to the municipality and to the public company that manages the pharmacies.
Really bad. Half an hour in line to take the swab (without a reservation because they NEVER answer the phone), on my turn they tell me that they only take those with reservations. I kindly point out that there is only one queue so even those who have booked at, I know, 10am, having to queue anyway, will never show up at the appointment time so in the meantime why not go one by one who is in line? Or put a sign outside at least we know and we don't waste time. Terrible, too bad you can't give zero stars. Never again.
I ended up there by mistake to take a 1000 tachipirina... I was told that a doctor's prescription was needed... Now I don't know if anything has changed... But I didn't remember that a prescription was needed... Not to mention the clerk who seemed... Overdose on tranquilizers...
