Five stars for the courtesy and kindness in listening to the problem. Explanation on the use of the drug and above all thanks for the advice on the examination carried out and defined by my fundamental doctor. Thanks I will definitely be back. They are Doctors who do their job with competence.

I called explaining that I had a prescription for a drug that had been sent to me by my doctor via email with a validity of 6 months. I also explained that the prescription had been made in April and that I had been prescribed 5 boxes of that drug and that I had already taken one last month and it had been marked on the prescription. We agreed that I would come to them with that prescription to pick up 1 box of that medicine. When I got to the pharmacy they told me that they wanted the original prescription and that the one sent via email wasn't right. Furthermore, they didn't really want that one but they wanted 1 recipe for each box. I pointed out that another pharmacy had accepted it instead and that it had indicated that it had given 1 of the 5 boxes prescribed. The pharmacist's response was that they are municipal and that private pharmacies do as they want. But what is the answer??? And above all, I had explained well on the phone what recipe I had, why didn't they immediately tell me that it wasn't good for them, and I repeat only for them??? I am completely dissatisfied. Terrible service, incorrect information and because of this I wasted time and had to go to another pharmacy. I'm definitely not going back to them!

Really not very polite. Please note, they don't say thank you, the times are not displayed. the prices are always constantly more expensive than the nearby pharmacies, for example baby scales, they ask for a crazy daily amount when in other pharmacies they ask for one euro, I only go there when the others are closed otherwise I avoid it. They never, I mean never, offer you the generic drug

Trusted pharmacy, I have always found kindness and when I need some particular supplement, I call and they give me information, they even book it for me remotely. Nothing to say, everything was fine.

I'm giving one star like other pharmacies exclusively because during holidays the website says Open but you call for hours it's free but no one answers. It would be better to put an answering machine in pharmacies (in all!) that tells you which one is on duty! Especially those who have small children who are sick at Christmas don't know where to turn their heads!
