My experience this evening is that I was stunned by the pharmacist. I needed to measure my blood pressure because I'm not well, he told me that the blood pressure monitor wasn't available because it had empty batteries. I was left without words.........
Recommended by a friend, having no acquaintances in the Scandicci area, I called the pharmacy to request a drug which is currently difficult to find. Even though they also didn't have it, they kindly helped me understand how to solve it. The indications to be able to contact the doctor again in view of a new prescription are very valuable. My experience demonstrates the professionalism and kindness of the staff in dealing with a difficult situation with cordiality and preparation, without leaving me without answers as has often happened to me elsewhere.
Excellent pharmacy stocked with everything. Products well arranged on shelves. Maximum cleanliness and sanitation in the room which perhaps (the only flaw) is a little small in space. Qualified staff who are very kind and ready to best satisfy the needs of each user. In particular, my experience was with the perfumery and dermocosmetics department which I define as excellent both for the quality of the products and for the advice and patience of Miss Alessia. Highly recommended pharmacy!!!
