after having gone the previous week for a covid check, positive result after 7 days, I come back after having carried out 2 tests myself, one with a low charge, the other almost invisible. Today I went to take the test and I ran into an anomalous situation which was unfounded as well as unprofessional in that a positive test was diagnosed when a microscope was needed to evaluate it. Considering that with the new provisions I couldn't go and get tested because with 2 days of no symptoms you're automatically free and after 5 days you don't have the obligation to take the test again, I decide to do it anyway by virtue of the previous tests being free of contagion due to the particularly low result, therefore I am attributed a standard Covid situation only because we have incompetent staff even in knowing how to interpret or read the test. furthermore presumptuous and rude to the point that they tell me to go home and that if there are 2 million people infected it's for people like me. It's a shame I know the 2 managers of whom they seem kind and competent people but the young people are not capable of exercising any appropriate behavior towards the public as well as as already mentioned for professional checks, I even paid 15 euros to have such indisponence and information. NOT I RECOMMEND IT TO NO ONE AND I WILL NEVER SET FOOT OF IT AGAIN, NOR MY FAMILY MEMBERS. GREETINGS RICCARDO.
