It’s okay

Terrible service that doesn't even deserve a star, but unfortunately I have to add one for publication purposes. Really rude and rude staff. It's a shame because the shop would also be large and well stocked. I went in at lunchtime to purchase an item from a parapharmacy, there were no other customers in the shop besides me and at the main checkout stations there were 3 totally inoperative staff (standing and looking at the void or the respective cell phones). I head towards them, as soon as I ask them for the item I want to buy they hastily send me to the cash register of the parapharmacy, that is, the one located in front of the entrance. So I go back and at that moment I find the cash register empty, with another colleague of theirs nearby who doesn't say a word, doesn't even look at me and is looking through some papers. The scene was surreal: me standing in front of the cash register of the parapharmacy making a beautiful statue, these 3 behind the main cash register literally twiddling their thumbs and this other lady who continued to mind her own business ignoring me. Only when, after a couple of minutes, I made the gesture of going out and magically leaving, did the woman near the cash register at the parapharmacy wake up from her occupations to serve me. But I say? With the shop empty and 3 staff units totally inoperative, what did it cost you to walk 10 steps and quickly serve a customer who perhaps has less time available than you? I'm never going back!!!

My daughter went to the pharmacy to take her blood pressure and the two people she spoke to spoke in an arrogant, arrogant and very rude manner. It's a shame because it's a pharmacy close to home but I certainly won't set foot there again. .
