They sell you the generic medicine even if you tell them that you are the other and you show them the box of what you have been taking for months. There's nothing to do. It's better to change pharmacy.

Respect for safety regulations, pharmacists are very competent in their work, very good at advising, explaining and recommending products, kind and helpful with all customers. Finally a great pharmacy.
Even in this pharmacy and it is the third visit to Faenza, I could not find the TANTUM VERDE NASAL SPRAY nasal decongestant on the counter.
