I saw the Iene report last night and I appreciated how a pharmacist who is hundreds of kilometers away can become passionate about a case of an unknown person and become a point of reference. In a world of sharks, there are still many good people. Well done!
Kindness and speed of service. Package received in less than 2 working days (during the Christmas period!): perfect packaging, useful and abundant gifts. Always discounted prices and quality products. Even at the counter, competence and professionalism. Compliments!
It was my pharmacy when I lived in Faenza (a few meters from my house). Their kindness distinguishes them and they are very well equipped. I turned to them for a supplement that I struggle to find. They also sell online. 🫠
I've been there a few times, but the last time was bad at best. No one at the counter, a pharmacist was doing swabs, another was in the room behind the counter, after ten minutes of waiting there was absolute emptiness. At my second "good morning" said in a more decisive voice, a pharmacist passed from behind the counter from another room, without a greeting, in total indifference she went into the room behind the counter in silence without even sparing a glance. I went out and with me another person, also waiting. I am polite when I enter any store, and I would always like to receive a little education.
