Terrible friendliness, I ask for a generic drug from an official one, of which there are multiple generic versions and they don't have any availability of the generic, I kindly ask them to check better and I receive a sour response "I would have given you the generic drug if we had it, right?" ... First time in 20 years that I take this medicine and I find a pharmacy that doesn't have the generic

I specifically ask for a product containing an active ingredient and the pharmacist, I presume in bad faith, sells me a product that says it contains it. I discover that in reality there is no trace of this active ingredient and to my request for a return, one of their collaborators replies that they cannot return the money but only give a shopping voucher! To my protests, this little girl with a degree but without the basic knowledge of customer service replies that I can still use the product!!!!! (this is shampoo) In the series, the day before we "ripped you off" with something that you didn't actually want and now you keep it... But being ashamed every now and then... right? In the end, in the general embarrassment given my insistence, the doctor in charge comes out (he was the one who sold me the "package") and in an annoyed, I would say almost rude manner given my intention to harmonize which he promptly denied, gives me back the sum and if it's going.... But being ashamed every now and then... maybe right?

The staff at this pharmacy is very professional and friendly. I have been going there for many years, also given the proximity to the family doctor. I have always found competence, courtesy and honesty.
