Farmacia Comunale N.5

I want to start this review by exposing a concern. I am perplexed, because I have read negative comments regarding the staff which have left me stunned to say the least as they do not reflect the character, professionalism and preparation of the doctors who work there. I have been using them since the day Esselunga opened and I have nothing but compliments for all those who assisted me. Unfortunately, I often go to the pharmacy for my father and myself, and every time I have also been in line waiting for my turn, I have had the opportunity to see and hear how they manage customers and I have never witnessed any unpleasant incidents. I personally have established a relationship with the staff that is, to say the least, wonderful. I really appreciate the attention they show towards me and the empathy that has been created between us, in particular with Doctors Mirna and Sara who I adore with all my heart. I therefore conclude as a very satisfied customer with this pharmacy and its staff whom I thank very much!!! Keep it up, it's great!!!

I have always served you, and I have always found courtesy and availability. The other evening a male pharmacist, in explaining my clinical situation (already under the care of my doctor) and asking him if it was possible to have something that would eliminate the itching due to an allergic reaction, replied: "All over the body you need ? Well, first close your eyes and don't think about the itching." I turned and walked away without having purchased anything because I don't want to be made fun of by a pharmacist. I also work for the public, and this is the last treatment to be reserved for customers who come in sometimes good health conditions and sometimes less fortunate ones. Whoever doesn't have a heart, change jobs.

I find myself very well, especially the doctor. Maria Chiara and Sara. They are very kind, professional and if requested they give advice from a pharmaceutical point of view making improvements to treatments. Maria Luisa Ricci

Two open tills, the second one becomes free so I move in line and wait my turn in front of the other counter. After waiting for a few minutes, I ask the pharmacist (who was on her cell phone) if she can help me but she, totally oblivious to the fact that I had been there waiting for her for some time, tells me that the cash register is closed and that she has many messages on the telephone to answer.

2 weeks ago a doctor refused to give me a drug with the medical request because she said the note was missing (my doctor the next day said that this one was out!!!) In fact at the other pharmacy in via Ferraris taken without problems today Sunday 10th June the machine doesn't print numbers after waiting with 2 other people without a number like me, a doctor who was previously at the back arrives at the counter, asks me twice to remember the number next time, making it clear that she doesn't believe in the fact that the machine doesn't he was giving numbers up to 15 minutes before, unfortunately a degree is not always synonymous with education...
