I must say that the ladies who work in this pharmacy are not the most polite, I went today 18/03 at 1pm to ask them to change my pediatrician and the girl who was on duty seemed to have no desire to help . Girls, yes this job, you don't like it, it changes unfortunately when you work with the public it's like this.

I was sold the wrong drug (the pharmacist gave me the drug I requested but in the wrong dosage) and I, unfortunately realizing after ten days, went to the pharmacy where the sales assistant refused to change it for me - not because she had doubted the state of conservation (which at least would have justified the thing and honored her professionalism) but because, according to her, I had to request the active ingredient and not the commercial name since the latter was only present in that dosage... as if I if I were to purchase from a pot seller! I would like to point out that the packaging was immaculate and accompanied by a receipt!

Very friendly and very helpful staff. A pharmacy for the first time in my life not at all depressing. Clean and they have good offers especially for early childhood.

Done a quick swab today, regularly booked via internet. When I arrived there with a booking sheet and a pre-filled form, I didn't know what to do, it was the first time for me, I didn't notice any signs with instructions on the procedure. I asked a lady waiting who explained to me (there was no one in the gazebo on the pavement), I queued up and had to wait a bit because to pay for the swabs there is a special counter which is probably left lastly, if there are other customers present in the pharmacy. I went out to get swabbed after paying, and I realized that reservations are not considered. There were some people waiting, the nurse (who had returned in the meantime) simply said "come on". Once my precise turn finally arrived and she was very kind and nice, I was even amazed at such humanity. After a few minutes he gave me the result and I stood in the third queue to go in to be registered, with an elderly person who beautifully passed in front of everyone. I understand that it must not be easy to manage this procedure, but it seemed to me that they were almost unwillingly doing us a favor (apart from the nurse, I repeat). I wonder on rainy days how you can stand outside in the open and have three queues (payment, swab and registration).
