I was sold medicines for a major chronic condition that were close to expiring which I would not have been able to consume in time and which I therefore had to partly throw away. In other pharmacies the same medicines were always sold to me with an expiry date of a couple of years. When I went back to the pharmacy to say that the deadlines were too short, I was treated with disdain and rudeness and they didn't replace me. An unjustifiable waste. The judgment can only be negative.

I confirm the validity of this pharmacy both for its competence and its kindness and availability.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years, they are always friendly and very helpful. Even during the Covid period (being in quarantine) the pharmacist made every effort to bring the medicines to our home. I also often come for the cosmetics section (Caudalie) which is always super stocked.

I'm not from the area but I happened to go to this pharmacy as a kid when I lived nearby and recently because I came to visit Bresso and upon returning to this pharmacy I found an incredibly welcoming environment. I was walking with the dog so I asked if I could come in anyway, not only was I told yes but with my consent the doctor also gave two treats to eat for my obviously very happy dog. This left me not only happy but also amazed and satisfied. Finally there are places where dog owners can enter without problems. Inside, the pharmacy is very well stocked and has separate spaces for the various departments such as dermocosmetics. It is possible to do hair tests, self-blood tests, intolerance and blood pressure tests. The pharmacy is also stocked with veterinary and homeopathic products. I know that inside it is possible to be subjected to pressure vision and other small medical activities. In general I have always felt very comfortable with the friendliness and kindness of the staff. While waiting for my turn I also realized how patient they are and very good at advising their customers in choosing products. A compliment therefore goes to the pharmacy and its staff 👍
