Rude and unprofessional lady. Attitude that doesn't suit his role. Pharmacy not recommended. I'm a little heartened that there are people who think like me.

Rude to say the least, not to mention truly unprofessional!!! By submitting a screenshot to my husband, I was in excruciating pain and they didn't want to give me a medicine even after promises to bring the original prescription within 10 minutes.

Today, Friday 13-03, I was served by a pharmacist I had never seen before. The lady, with a good-looking appearance, blonde with blue eyes, was not as pleasant in her approach to me. If you are a pharmacist, and I imagine the lady is, when you are asked for a drug and the person in question does not have the prescription, you, the PHARMACIST, should ask him what he needs it for. This way you show that you are interested and, above all, you have an understanding of the situation, you know how to move and you are able to propose an alternative without coming across as completely incompetent. I was willing to buy the valid alternatives proposed by those in front of me because I expected to talk to a competent person and instead I found myself just an angry woman staring at me after a firm "NO". I also had the "cheekiness" to ask the lady for the Multicentrum too. she got impatient because I didn't tell her my age right away. I stop answering, pay and leave in shock. you should have more educated people in the public sector who have less desire to unload their own ailments on people.

I don't know all of them, but I can say that two of them are very arrogant, intolerant, and on one occasion they rounded my change down by as much as 7 cents, which is usually done under 5.

Staff that are not very polite and professional and, in my humble opinion, not even overly qualified.
