Recommended, I went for a booked Covid swab, and ALL the operators called me by name, demonstrating attention and empathy. An out of the ordinary approach to which all my compliments go.
Unfortunately in Trento those who have to take the COVIT swab have only 2 options as indicated by the NHS telephone service. One pharmacy operates in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Reservation required days in advance. Having to leave on a flight in an emergency, I found myself asking for a quick swab. I thank the pharmacy staff because in 40 minutes of waiting they helped me even without a reservation. The location outside the city is reachable by car. I think there is also public transport.
Neighborhood pharmacy that offers the possibility of accessing the Covid swab area. Punctual and serious with qualified and kind staff.
