Very slow. From 2.15pm to 2.30pm to serve ONE customer, with 5 people in line, and an employee who recommends creams and doesn't give a damn. Released.
Very kind and helpful staff, thanks to Dr Elena for her professionalism and kindness which are unique to say the least.
Well-stocked pharmacy with a variety of products, including the cosmetic and body care department. In the absence of the drug it is ordered quickly. Very kind and knowledgeable staff: they gladly welcome your questions and know how to advise competently.
Always available and kind in advising what is best suited to the problem. They are "human", they listen and create a family atmosphere. They always have a kind word for anyone. It's worth the wait (always busy). I really recommend
It is the best pharmacy, with attentive and scrupulous staff especially Elena who is also able to comfort the customer and take care of them very humanely. I live in the northern area of Trento but I go there for her and also for some colleagues.
