Farmacia Comunale N.9

I have been frequenting this pharmacy for more than 30 years (especially due to my mother's pathologies) and I have always found professional, efficient and fast staff. I could name the numerous doctors who have worked here in the past and who, if anything, I find every now and then in other pharmacies in the area and who still greet me affectionately... this happens because by these wonderful people, I have never been considered as a number but as a person with problems to solve! When I show up regularly (unfortunately for my mother!) with my 10/15 prescriptions I never find laxity or a grimace of annoyance on the lips of the doctor on duty... it's true that customers after me have to be patient, respecting the queue, but patience is what is needed and needed everywhere, from the post office to the supermarket, at the dentist or at the bank. Perhaps those who have no patience, in this world and in this historical moment in particular, should let those who are more understanding of objective human limits queue up! If you want a medicine dispenser go to the vending machines, if you want doctors who listen to the customer come to this pharmacy! Just the other day the director, Dr. Elena, helped me in finding a laboratory for a specialist test that the doctor had not indicated to me... and what can we say about the availability of Dr. Vania who immediately does her utmost to look for me in the area for a missing urgent medicine? (when I say urgent medicines I'm not talking about sun creams or toothpastes!) Ps memorable was the management of the stressful period of delivery of the masks, I have never heard an inappropriate response from any employee of this pharmacy despite the rudeness of many customers who they couldn't understand that supplies had run out. So hats off to the Chiesanuova Pharmacy! I "only" give 5 stars because it is not possible to give more.

My experience happened about half an hour ago, so did the staff who the law can remember. I buy a product at the external machine, unfortunately it doesn't take a credit card and I only had €50. A handwritten sign reads in large letters "MAXIMUM CHANGE €10" and above it "if the machine does not dispense change, collect the receipt and contact the pharmacy". Annoyed at having to disturb you in a period like this, I put in the €50, take the product and go inside with the receipt. After a while a pharmacist assists me and seeing the receipt, annoyed, she asks me if I have read the sign outside where it says €10, I reply that obviously I have seen and read it, but that there is also the possibility of collecting the receipt. Annoyed by the answer, she replies something in a low voice, shaking her head, takes the money and slams it on the counter. Heartfelt congratulations, friendly and well mannered. I apologize if I caused any harm by requesting change.

SHAMEFUL!! in 25 timed minutes two pharmacists served only one customer because they were really slow!! Every 5 seconds they stopped to babble to themselves or start talking to customers about topics outside of work! In this period of emergency, such laxity is unacceptable! SHAME ON YOU
