The waiting times for reservations at the cup are interminable and the way in which the problems that may arise in booking visits are addressed indicates lack of competence. I had a problem with some visits that I couldn't make on the scheduled day, I asked one of the pharmacists on duty in the morning for information who told me there would be no problems in rebooking them for another day, without even mentioning the need to renew the challenging one, my doubt from the beginning. I had to return in the afternoon for the cup, which opened 25 minutes later than it should have. I waited another 40 minutes to be told by another pharmacist on the afternoon shift that it was in no way possible to rebook the visits without a renewed request. I don't consider it normal to waste an hour and a quarter of my time to return home empty-handed due to the lack of listening and professionalism on the part of those who should guarantee me a health service. I certainly won't be back anytime soon Until we meet again

For some time now I have been turning to the Foro Boario pharmacy, I have had the opportunity to be listened to on some health problems by the doctors, including the director and, I have assessed excellent availability, kindness and professionalism, despite being far from the place where alive I found my point of reference
