Farmacia Comunale Palmarola

Good morning, I needed a reference pharmacy as my wife suffers from multiple sclerosis and diabetes and having recently moved to the area! But since this morning I have literally had to change pharmacy because one doctor in particular (I don't know her name) has always had an attitude towards me that was not pleasant to me and lacked what is called "customer care". Total lack of humility. But reading the other reviews I don't think I'm writing anything new!

Rude staff with no desire to work, it even bothers them to change positions naturally next to each other, always out of stock of almost everything, being a municipal pharmacy, these people feel entitled to behavior that borders on rudeness

Very bad experience, only one person serving, 12 people before me. I left after 1 hour and only because I was forced to collect a medicine ordered by my daughter previously. NEVER AGAIN'

Unpleasant staff without any education... the customer is served in a polite manner, not even a person on the street treats the customer as badly as this lady treats the customer, it's a shame I don't know the name but I will definitely pay more attention to it...
