Polite people and well maintained pharmacy

Zero! After a while they don't even say hello to you. Imagine if I dare to ask for advice

I have already gone perhaps other times (because it is close to home) to buy medicines and I have never found polite people, in fact always grumpy! I have to take the swab for the end of the 10 days, I call or they don't answer or it's busy. My mother (who doesn't live with me) goes to try to book it in person and explains that we have already tried by phone and there has never been an answer. They rudely reply that we have to be patient if they don't reply and that in any case he can't book it there but only by phone... Now you don't answer the phone (EVER), someone there in person can't book it... it's not like you're giving them away, I'll pay for the swab so if you don't like it then close because you're of no use anyway!!!

Get annoyed, especially the foreign lady who comes in and out for swabs, doesn't let you talk, turns her back on you and goes away, the phone?? I've been calling since December 25th but they never answered, they never answer then they expect to do the swabs only by appointment, and how do I book if you don't answer?... Unprofessional in my opinion and if I go there for now and only unfortunately for convenience then it will certainly be the last pharmacy I will think of, sorry

The pharmacy would be comfortable if it weren't for the rudeness of those who work there!!! I went to book the swab test for my daughter in person because they never answer the phone, but nothing happened because even if they are twiddling their thumbs they don't make an appointment except on the phone, they should close anyway!!! I won't set foot there again...
