Terrible pharmacy. Zero professionalism not to mention empathy or courtesy towards the customer. Furthermore, with the free giving of completely incorrect medical advice, which is extremely serious given that it concerns health. To be avoided
I have never felt treated in such a degrading manner as in this pharmacy. I was loudly mocked and belittled for not having the original prescription with me but only the scan, and when explained that I didn't have access to my GP at the moment I was told "find another one" or “go to the emergency room.” Finally the person even pretended to look for the requested medicine and "not finding it" he rejoiced, I repeat rejoiced, saying that "it isn't there so the problem is solved". I advise you to look for another pharmacy as there are ones in the area with better staff and fairer prices.
Zero kindness, zero availability, but above all zero professionalism. When we go to a pharmacy, we expect to find professional and competent people, not people who assume that customers know things that are not their responsibility to know. All a bit shameful!
Good assortment of medicines including those defined as "over the counter", i.e. without a prescription; friendly staff, trained and capable of speeding up the queue of customers even in difficult moments, such as when the pharmacy is on duty, on holidays.
You don't have any reviews and the only one published without a name and face. You are all 3 without a heart since I was in pain, I was holding on to the railing but you had finished your shift and left and I won't say anything else. I asked for medicine against reflux and I found Maalok painkiller. Then I asked for a foam ordered by the orthopedist and because I asked for explanations I found myself without it. Shame on me for how I was treated..
