Farmacia Comunale S. Udalrico

I am a pharmacist, and knowing how things work and the code of ethics that we all must refer to, I was very disappointed by the behavior of these pharmacists. It was 12.35 and I found the door wide open and the lights on, so I was about to go in, together with my week-old son and my partner. Ignoring the opening hours, we wanted to weigh the baby and buy some diapers, having run out. As we were about to enter, a woman in a lab coat approached, shouting "No, no, no, we're closed, goodbye", moving an advertising poster to the doorway of the shop and standing as a guard so that we wouldn't enter. A behavior that denotes little attention to people, as well as a lack of sensitivity for a baby of just a few days. Needless to say, they have lost some customers, and we will head towards the other pharmacy in the town, larger and more well-stocked, but above all where many smiling and people-oriented colleagues work.

Honestly, it has never happened to me in any other pharmacy that I had to pay €7.50 as an "additional fee" just for having to go to the pharmacy at 10.30pm.
